1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Mira, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
2. License
D Corps grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Mira for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Rights in the app, characters, artwork, music/audio and text belong to their respective rights holders.
3. Game access
The first 10 story stages are free. Access to stages 11–30 may require the one-time Story Unlock or an active Mira Premium subscription.
4. Digital products
Story Unlock
A one-time non-consumable digital product that permanently unlocks stages 11–30. It does not remove interstitial ads by itself.
Mira Premium
May be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. While active, it includes full story access, removal of interstitial ads and one free revive per run. Price, tax, period and renewal terms are shown by Google Play before purchase confirmation.
Crystal packs
Consumable digital items such as 250 or 1,200 crystals may be offered. They have no cash value, are not transferable for money, and do not replace Story Unlock.
5. Purchases for under-18 profiles
For profiles aged 12 and under or 13–17, the app shows an adult-confirmation step before initiating a real-money purchase. This does not replace Google Play's payment/approval system. Parents and guardians should also use Google Play family and purchase controls.
6. Subscription management and cancellation
Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Google Play account. Cancellation generally does not end already-paid Premium access before the current billing period ends. Renewal and pricing are subject to Google Play terms.
7. Refunds
Refunds and payment processes for Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play policies and mandatory consumer law. For technical entitlement issues, first try Restore purchases or contact support.
8. Ads
Free use may include interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional and available only to eligible 18+ profiles. Child and teen profiles use age-restricted, G-rated, non-personalized ad configuration.
9. Google Play Games
Play Games features are offered only to 18+ profiles and may depend on the Google account, device, country and availability of Google services.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the game or online features for cheating, automation, score manipulation, fake purchases, security exploits or interference with services. Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.
11. Updates and availability
Game balance, content, products and online services may change. D Corps may improve and update the game while respecting mandatory consumer rights and purchased entitlements.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is.” This clause does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, Turkish law applies to the publication by D Corps in Türkiye.
