Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

2. Game data stored on the device

Mira may store stage progress, star/crystal balances, scores, collection state, settings and the selected age band in local app storage. This core game save is not uploaded to a D Corps server by default. Local data can be cleared inside the app or through Android app-storage settings.

3. Age-band selection

Mira does not ask for an exact date of birth. At first launch, players choose 12 and under, 13–17, or 18+. The choice is stored locally and is used to control the age/consent configuration sent to Google advertising services and whether Play Games can be used. Child and teen profiles use non-personalized, age-restricted ad requests with a maximum G content rating; rewarded ads and Play Games are disabled.

4. Google Mobile Ads and consent

Free users may see interstitial ads through Google AdMob; rewarded ads are optional and available only to eligible 18+ profiles. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address (which can be used to estimate approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostic information and device/account identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics, security and fraud prevention.

For 18+ profiles and where required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may request consent information and provide privacy options. A UMP consent form is not shown to a child profile; child treatment is applied. Teen profiles are configured with the under-age-of-consent flag.

5. Google Play Games (18+)

Play Games initializes only for the 18+ profile. When used, Google-provided display name, player ID, title and avatar may be displayed in the app, and gameplay information such as best score, distance, combo and achievement progress may be sent to Google Play Games. Mira does not create a separate account from this information.

6. Google Play Billing

Story Unlock, Premium subscriptions and crystal packs are processed by Google Play Billing. D Corps does not receive payment-card or bank-account details. The app may process Google Play-provided product ID, purchase/subscription status, purchase identifier and transaction time to grant and restore digital entitlements.

7. Support email

If you email us, your email address, message and any technical information you choose to include are processed to answer your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

8. Website

This website does not use advertising, Google Analytics or similar tracking/analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser/user-agent, requested URL, time and response code for security, access and troubleshooting purposes.

9. Purposes

• Provide the game and requested features;
• grant and restore purchased digital entitlements;
• apply age-appropriate ad and consent configuration;
• provide optional Play Games features to eligible 18+ players;
• security, troubleshooting and fraud prevention;
• answer support and legal requests.

10. Third-party services and international processing

Google Play Games Services, Google Mobile Ads/UMP and Google Play Billing are provided by Google and may process data in different countries under their own terms. Mira's use of these SDKs must remain aligned with the current Google Play Data safety declaration. D Corps does not directly sell personal data to advertisers.

11. Retention

Local game data can remain on the device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Data handled by Google services follows Google's retention policies. Support correspondence may be kept for a reasonable period to resolve the request, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

12. Deletion and rights

You can delete local data inside the app or in Android settings. Play Games data can be managed through Google account/Play Games settings. For support data held directly by D Corps, email durcorps@gmail.com with an access or deletion request. See Data Deletion.

13. Children's privacy

Mira does not ask children for a name, email, phone number, precise location, photo, microphone recording or contacts. There is no user-to-user chat or direct messaging. A parent or guardian who believes a child's personal information was sent directly to us may request deletion.

14. Security

Network communication with Google services uses encrypted connections. The website uses HTTPS and security headers. No system can guarantee absolute security.

15. Changes

We update this policy when app features, SDKs or legal requirements change. The current date is shown at the top of this page.
