Data Deletion & Management
Mira does not create a separate user account, so there is no standalone “Mira account” to delete. Use the steps below to manage the relevant data sets.
1. Delete local game data
Use Settings → Reset local data inside Mira. You can also use Android Settings → Apps → Mira → Storage → Clear data. This removes local stage progress, star/crystal balances, collection state, settings and the selected age band.
2. Uninstall the app
Uninstalling the app can remove app data stored on the device. Google Play purchase entitlements and Google Play Games data may remain separately in your Google account.
3. Google Play Games data
Play Games is used only for 18+ profiles. You can manage or delete Play Games profile/game data through the relevant Google Play Games or Google Account data controls.
4. Google Play purchase records
Purchase and subscription records are managed by Google under your Google Play account. Resetting local Mira data does not delete Google Play order history.
5. Support data sent to D Corps
If you previously emailed support and want personal information in that correspondence deleted, email durcorps@gmail.com with the subject “Mira Data Deletion Request.” We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and locate the correspondence; never send passwords or payment-card details.
6. Scope
D Corps can delete only data it directly controls. Data held by Google for Play Games, AdMob/UMP or Play Billing is managed through Google's own account and privacy tools.
